2009 Rental Rates
 
March 1 thru March 14:$1400 per week plus 12% tax (USD)
March 15 thru April 18:$1600 per week plus 12% tax (USD)
April 19 thru May 23:   $1400 per week plus 12% tax (USD)
May 24 thru August 8:  $2000 per week plus 12% tax (USD)
August 9 thru September 5: $1400 per week plus 12% tax (USD)
September 6 thru October 31:      $1200 per week plus 12% tax (USD)
November 1 thru Feb 27, 2010:    $1000 per week plus 12% tax (USD)
 
2009 special:   we will pay your $130 cleaning fee for rentals of 1 week or more
 
Check in:   3:00 pm or later on Saturday 
Check out: no later than 11:00 am on Saturday
 
Reservation Policy and Security Deposit Authorization
$300 down payment is due at time of reservation to hold the reservation  in the form of a credit card charge.   The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival date, also in the form of a credit card charge. 
 
We also ask you to sign a security deposit authorization at time of reservation.  We do NOT charge a security deposit to your credit card, but hold your authorization pending inspection of the unit upon your departure.  If nothing is damaged or missing, NO CHARGE is ever made.  Renters are liable for cost of repairing any damages, replacing stolen items, and/or incurring cost of cleaning costs beyond the norm.   
 
Weekly Rental Cancellation Policy
For cancellations occurring more than 30 days prior to check-in date, down payment will be fully refunded.  If cancellations occur less than 30 days prior to check-in, renter has option of: a) changing rental to another equal time period that calendar year, or b) forfeiting the $300 down payment.
 
PLEASE NOTE
There is no charge to the renter for the one-time cleaning fee at end of the rental period.  If you would like to arrange for a cleaning service during your stay, or if you are interested in a multi-week rental, please contact us at:  palazzoparadise.charter.net
